•Location: Walking distance to subway station and a diverse range of eateries, a convenience store, mall, & mosque. •Room: VERY CLEAN! Went during the time that the bedbug cases were on the rise but was pleased with the cleanliness. Everything was spick and span! And the room was so spacious! •Reception: Friendly and helpful! •Extra: Free flow of bottled mineral water. New, warm towels every other day. Despite being near pubs with loud music, I could barely hear it from my room. AND HEATED MATTRESS OMG - GOD SENT!

We liked the location, the level of comfort, the amount of space which was triple that of other properties we looked at and we liked the value for money.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is really good, close to the subway, bars, proximity store, lots of local and international food nearby. There is a few steps to access the hotel but everywhere is the same in Itaewon.

Great location in the heart of Itaewon so that you could explore the neighborhood by foot. Luggage can be stored on arrival and departure, which wasn't always so easy in Korea, hence a plus point. Noise from outside is not noticeable despite being in a rather busy area.

This is a nice and clean hotel in a highly central location. It's right in the heart of things but not noisy.
